At SoliqStore, we aim to deliver your favorite room & home decor items safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping terms below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

  • Once your order is verified and dispatched from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, you will receive a confirmation message.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • We deliver your order within 7 to 12 business days after dispatching.

  • Delivery timelines may slightly vary depending on your location, operational factors, or weather conditions.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once the pickup is confirmed by the courier partner, you will receive your Tracking ID and link via WhatsApp / SMS.

  • You can easily track the real-time status of your package using the provided tracking link.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Verification

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp/Call for address verification before dispatching.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and correct to avoid delivery delays or cancellations.

5. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders across India!

6. Undelivered Packages / RTO

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refused delivery, re-dispatching fees may apply.
